First, we assess whether we believe your grand piano is sellable. Then, we provide a preliminary estimate of what the piano could be sold for. If we agree to sell the grand piano on your behalf, you are responsible for the shipping cost to our showroom. We charge a commission fee of 15% of the total purchase price, with a minimum of 15,000 SEK for instrument brokerage. This fee includes marketing the piano online and on our website, showcasing it to potential buyers, and handling the sales transaction. Storage for up to 6 months is included; after that, a storage fee of 700 SEK + VAT/month will be charged.
Any repairs, restorations, tunings, or other work are not included in the commission fee and are paid for by the seller. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to their location.
You have the right to cancel the sale at any time if you wish. In such cases, you will only be charged for the expenses we have incurred during the process, such as storage and marketing costs.
